Job summary

Duly Health and Care is hiring a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to practice at the top of their license under physician supervision in Illinois. You will provide patient care, order diagnostics, prescribe medications, educate patients and families, and document thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved school for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Masters degree).
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois.
• Previous experience in Family Medicine or similar setting preferred.
• New Graduate APP candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation.
• Practice at the top of your license and form trusting relationships under direct supervision, with growing autonomy.
• Participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding.

Education

Impact care delivery and patient satisfaction by having a voice in clinical decisions. Develop a relationship and partnership with Dr. Danaher clinical staff members, and management. Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation. Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across Family Medicine and more than 1,600 Duly providers Live and work in the vibrant suburbs of Chicago with excellent schools and convenient access to some of the nation’s leading healthcare facilities

Compensation

***The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000-140,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
