Summit Orthopedics is seeking an NP/PA for our Orthopedic Urgent Care Campus in Vadnais Heights. The role includes performing exams, prescribing medications, and providing a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services under physician supervision.
The position is full-time with three 12-hour shifts weekly (8am–8pm) and occasional weekend coverage; other MN campuses may be involved. Vaccination guidance varies by location.

Practices medicine with physician supervision in an orthopedic urgent care setting including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions. Within physician–advanced practice provider relationship, APPs exercise autonomy in medical decision making and provide a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. May include responsibility for education, research, and administrative services.
This is a full-time opportunity with primary focus at our Vadnais Heights Orthopedic Urgent Care Campus. Schedule will include three 12 hour shifts weekly, 8am - 8pm with occasional weekend coverage (subject to change). Other locations for this role include our campuses in Eagan, Eden Prairie, Lakeville, Plymouth, and Woodbury, MN.
COVID: Providers (PA/NP) – that will work in non-Summit locations may need to be fully vaccinated or have been granted an approved medical or religious exemption prior to start date. (These guidelines are determined by each non-Summit location and will be adhered to as appropriate.
Summit's hiring range for this position is $113,152 to $141,440 per year. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. Basic Life Support Novice
Masters or better in Nursing.
Masters or better in Physician Assistant.
1 year: One year of experience as PA or NP, preferably in clinic setting, preferred.Prior orthopedic experience preferred.
