Job summary

IMS Care Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a full-time APP Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care department. You will provide services to adolescents, adults, and seniors, performing assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, exams, counseling, and well-woman visits.

The ideal candidate has graduation from an accredited NP or PA program with board-certified exam, Arizona licensure, and at least one year of Primary Care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and passage of board-approved certifying exam.
• Must possess a license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Arizona.
• One year of experience in Primary Care is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Perform patient assessments, diagnosis & treatment plans, perform physical examinations, consultations, patient counseling/education, family planning, and well women exams.
• Orders and interprets patient care tests, treatments and exams.
