Job summary

Duly Health and Care Naperville is seeking a licensed PA or NP who will provide endocrine patient care in collaboration with our physician team. You will work within a robust network of Duly providers to coordinate comprehensive care for patients in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant or NP, licensure in Illinois or eligibility, and experience in endocrinology or a related setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant or NP program.
• Licensed or eligible for Illinois licensure.
• Experience in Endocrinology or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in Endocrinology in collaboration with physicians.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and families.
• Work within a large Duly provider network to coordinate care.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is 100,000-140,000 , depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved school for Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner-Masters Degree.
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
• Previous experience in Endocrinology or similar setting preferred.
