Carilion Clinic is seeking a full-time APP (NP/PA) for Family Medicine in Blacksburg, VA. The role is shared between Plantation Road and Warm Hearth, with a Tue-Thu schedule plus Mon and Fri rotations. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with NP or PA qualifications and Virginia licensure.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Experience: 0
• Licensure/Certification: Current state Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LNP), DEA license and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required. AHA BLS-HCP certification required. Advanced Life Support certification preferred. Eligible for prescriptive authority in accordance with State regulations and as authorized by the Virginia Boards of Nursing and Medicine.
• Minimum qualifications: Able to work collaboratively with physicians and other health care providers. Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills. Computer literacy required for automated computer systems, including electronic medical records.

How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare: Full time APP ( NP or PA) opportunity with Carilion Family Medicine -Blacksburg. This APP would be shared between the Plantation Road office- working 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days a week at Warm Hearth (Mon and Friday). 3 years of experience is required.

Compensation Range:

$107,993.60 - $172,785.60 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
