MultiCare Cancer Institute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our medical oncology team in a 0.5 FTE, shift-based role supporting weekend coverage. This position focuses on triage, symptom management, and inpatient support, providing vital continuity of care for oncology patients while offering a predictable schedule and meaningful work-life balance.

Tiered Compensation based on APP YOE

• 0-4 YOE: $85,500.00
• 5-9 YOE: $88,200.00
• 10+ YOE: $90,900.00
• PLUS opportunities to make extra income with additional shifts, quality incentive up to $5,000.00 annually, and more!
