The position supports onboarding, orientation, annual performance evaluations, productivity and quality metrics, and data analytics in partnership with division leaders.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited APRN or PA program; Doctoral degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and develops staff, recruits, interviews, hires, trains, orients, mentors, evaluates and coaches.
