Job summary

Trinity Health Medical Group Gastroenterology in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a GI team in a full-time capacity (0.9–1.0 FTE). You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and APPs, and contribute to teaching and mentoring within a supportive, mission-driven environment.

The role emphasizes work-life balance, with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care using Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• GI and/or family practice experience required.
• Board certification prior to employment required.
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain) required.
• DEA license required.

Responsibilities

• Position: Full time, 0.9-1.0 FTE
• Schedule: Monday-Friday with admin time carved out
• Location: 310 Lafayette Ave SE, STE 400, Grand Rapids, MI 49503
• Specialty: Gastroenterology
• Hospital Info: Trinity Health Grand Rapids
• Team Size: 11 total providers (6 Physicians and 5 APPs). Team is currently recruiting for 2 additional physicians
