Summit Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established Gastroenterology department in our Purchase, NY location. Join an established team of 4 Gastroenterologists and 2 APPs.

The APP will provide general medical care and treatment to Summit Health patients. Services provided by the APP will include health maintenance, management of acute/episodic illnesses and management of stable chronic illnesses.

Compensation Range: $118,000-$135,000. The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, quality measures and location of position.
