Job Description

Summit Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established Neurology department. Experience in chronic headache management (Botox a plus!) and pain management is preferred.

The APP will provide general medical care and treatment to Summit Health patients. Services provided by the APP will include health maintenance, management of acute/episodic illnesses and management of stable chronic illnesses.

Compensation Range: $118,000-$135,000

The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, quality measures and location of position
