Qualifications

• APRN licensure in NH (and VT within 6 months) with a Master’s of Nursing from an accredited program or eligible for licensure.
• Physician’s Assistant licensure in NH (and VT within 6 months) with a degree from an accredited PA program.
• National certification: FNP, AGPCNP, or NCCPA; eligible for Federal DEA Registration; BLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years primary care experience; strong interpersonal and written communication.
• Excellent clinical judgment and patient-centered care; eligible for academic appointment with Geisel School of Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Obtain comprehensive or focused history and physical examination.
• Develop and implement treatment plans; prescribe medications and therapies within scope.
• Coordinate referrals and manage continuity of care for adults.
• Provide education, mentorship, and preceptorship for APPs and students.
• Maintain licensure, participate in continuing education, and uphold professional standards.
