OSF HealthCare is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join OSF OnCall Urgent Care. This float position travels to clinics within the OCUC platform to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for urgent and non-emergent conditions. The APP will assess, diagnose, and manage patients of all ages, order tests, prescribe medications, and maintain medical records.

The Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate, and efficient patient care within OSF OnCall Urgent Care clinics. The APP will provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses in patients of all ages. This position plays a key role in ensuring a consistent, patient-centered experience across multiple clinic locations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Master of Science in Nursing or Master of Physician Assistant Studies Other Skills/Knowledge: Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served. License/Certifications: Licensed to provide either an advanced practice nursing services in the State of Illinois as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act] OR [physician assistant services as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in accordance with the Illinois Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987 ("Act") Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing of narcotics. BLS/ALS Certified PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience is preferred however; new graduates will be considered.
