Job summary

RJI Search is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Engineer to own the technical health of APM systems in an airport setting. You will troubleshoot complex faults, record activities in MMIS, and drive reliability improvements alongside technicians and supervisors.

You will mentor staff, interpret schematics, and document updates to drawings and SOPs while delivering hands-on training. This role emphasizes clear communication, safety, and practical problem solving.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3–5 years in electro-mechanical systems with troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read complex schematics and interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health of APM systems and lead resolution of electro-mechanical issues.
• Record activities in MMIS and ensure PMs meet schedule and specs.
• Diagnose faults, develop repair plans, and communicate next steps to technicians.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive reliability improvements.
• Coordinate with engineering on drawings/SOP updates and adopt changes.
• Deliver targeted technical training and create checklists for techs.
