The Chemours Company in Wilmington, DE is hiring a Master Scheduler to lead the 0-3 month master production schedule and ensure alignment with the supply plan. You will drive scheduling excellence at our Wilmington headquarters and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize production flow.

You will work with OMP, OPR and SAP, maintain scheduling hygiene, and support process improvements while ensuring accurate master data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the 0–3 month master production schedule from the monthly supply plan.
• Create, level-load, validate and release production plans and orders via OMP/OPR and SAP.
• Maintain planning data, scheduling rules, and MPS governance.
• Monitor demand, inventory, orders, outages, and material availability; adjust schedules.
• Provide MADs for customer and stock transfer orders using the DLF Matrix.
• Identify and resolve short-term supply risks and escalate issues.
• Investigate DTP/MPS misses, find root causes, drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, customer service, Global Supply Planning and logistics.
• Lead or participate in scheduling meetings and SMORDI reviews.
• Maintain data accuracy and support OMP implementation and cross-train.

## APM Master SchedulerApply: US - DE - Wilmington (Headquarters): Full time: Posted Today: JR15183As we create a colorful, capable and cleaner world through chemistry, we invite you to join our team to harness the power of chemistry to shape markets, redefine industries and improve lives for billions of people around the world.## Key Responsibilities· Develop and maintain the detailed 0-3-month master production schedule based on the CIBM monthly supply plan.· Create, level-load, validate, and release executable production plans and orders through OMP OPR and SAP.· Maintain the product wheel, planning rates, capacity assumptions, scheduling rules, and MPS governance.· Monitor demand, inventory, customer orders, stock transfer orders, outages, and material availability; adjust schedules as conditions change.· Provide Material Availability Dates (MADs) for customer and stock transfer orders using the DLF Matrix.· Identify and resolve short-term supply risks, lead supply-interruption communications, and escalate unresolved issues.· Investigate DTP and MPS misses, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.· Partner with Operations, customer service, Global Supply Planning, logistics, import/export, MRP, and other schedulers to align execution.· Lead or participate in decision centers, site scheduling meetings, supply reviews, and SMORDI reviews.· Maintain accurate planning data and scheduling hygiene, support OMP implementation and process improvement, and cross-train for backup coverage.*In our pursuit to be the greatest place to work, we know that a critical element to enhancing our employee experience is to assure we’re operating with a solid foundation of trust.
