Job summary

Chemours in Wilmington, DE invites you to join our team to strengthen production planning. You will develop and maintain the detailed master production schedule for 0-3 months based on the monthly supply plan, and release executable production plans through OMP OPR and SAP.

The role collaborates with Operations, customer service, Global Supply Planning, logistics and MRP to align execution; monitor demand and material availability, drive improvements, and manage schedule governance.

• Maintain the product wheel, planning rates, capacity assumptions, scheduling rules, and MPS governance.
• Monitor demand, inventory, customer orders, stock transfer orders, outages, and material availability; adjust schedules as conditions change.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the detailed 0-3-month master production schedule based on the CIBM monthly supply plan.
• Create, level-load, validate, and release executable production plans and orders through OMP OPR and SAP.
• Maintain the product wheel, planning rates, capacity assumptions, scheduling rules, and MPS governance.
• Monitor demand, inventory, customer orders, stock transfer orders, outages, and material availability; adjust schedules as conditions change.
• Provide Material Availability Dates (MADs) for customer and stock transfer orders using the DLF Matrix.
• Identify and resolve short-term supply risks, lead supply-interruption communications, and elevate unresolved issues.
• Investigate DTP and MPS misses, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, customer service, Global Supply Planning, logistics, import/export, MRP, and other schedulers to align execution.
• Lead or participate in decision centers, site scheduling meetings, supply reviews, and SMORDI reviews.
• Maintain accurate planning data and scheduling hygiene, support OMP implementation and process improvement, and cross-train for backup coverage.

• Pay Range (in local currency): $85,801.00 - $134,064.00
• Chemours Level: 24
• Annual Bonus Target: 6%
