Chemours is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to develop and maintain a detailed 0-3 month master production schedule aligned with the monthly supply plan. You will release executable production plans through OMP/OPR and SAP, maintain scheduling governance, monitor demand and inventory, and coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Global Supply Planning to mitigate risks.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, schedule hygiene, and support for OMP implementations and process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the 0-3 month master production schedule based on the CIBM monthly supply plan.
• Create, level-load, validate, and release executable production plans and orders through OMP OPR and SAP.
• Maintain the product wheel, planning rates, capacity assumptions, scheduling rules, and MPS governance.
• Monitor demand, inventory, customer orders, stock transfer orders, outages, and material availability; adjust schedules as conditions change.
• Provide Material Availability Dates (MADs) for customer and stock transfer orders using the DLF Matrix.
• Identify and resolve short-term supply risks, lead supply-interruption communications, and escalations unresolved issues.
• Investigate DTP and MPS misses, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, customer service, Global Supply Planning, logistics, import/export, MRP, and other schedulers to align execution.
• Lead or participate in decision centers, site scheduling meetings, supply reviews, and SMORDI reviews.
• Maintain accurate planning data and scheduling hygiene, support OMP implementation and process improvement, and cross-train for backup coverage.

Pay Range (in local currency): $85,801.00 - $134,064.00 Chemours Level: 24 Annual Bonus Target: 6%

The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
