Eden Capital Careers is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for heavy civil highway and utility projects based in the Fredericksburg, Virginia area, with relocation assistance available. You will work alongside senior PMs on VDOT-related work, advancing toward running your own projects.

Requirements include 3+ years on heavy civil or DOT projects, a B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and scheduling/cost-tracking know-how.

Formación

• 3+ years on heavy civil, highway or utility projects.
• VDOT or other DOT project experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of scheduling and cost tracking.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Drive submittals, RFIs and procurement so field crews stay ahead of the work
• Coordinate subcontractors and supplier purchase orders
• Track quantities, production and cost against budget
• Prepare monthly pay applications and cost projections
• Support schedule updates and change management
• Work with VDOT inspectors and owner representatives
• Keep project documentation clean and current
• Take part in weekly schedule and cost reviews with the project team
• Support a strong jobsite safety culture
