Qualifications

  • Experience supporting ERP, MES, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, or other enterprise applications is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, user provisioning, and access management processes.
  • Understanding of ITIL principles, incident management, and change management processes.
  • Exposure to PowerShell, scripting, automation, or low-code platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, or cloud-based business applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for application issues, including troubleshooting and resolving user problems or escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Perform routine application maintenance tasks, such as monitoring system health, managing user accounts, and conducting data backups.
  • Assist in the configuration and deployment of application updates, patches, and new releases following established procedures.
  • Document application configurations, support procedures, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with senior administrators and IT teams to identify and resolve application performance issues.
  • Support end-users with application access, usage, and basic training.
  • Participate in testing new application functionalities or system changes.
  • Adhere to IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Monitor application availability, performance, and system alerts to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Support application integrations with other enterprise systems and assist in troubleshooting data flow issues.
  • Execute and validate user access requests while ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements.
  • Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) activities for recurring application incidents and system outages.
  • Create and maintain application reports, dashboards, and queries based on business requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal support teams to resolve application-related issues.
  • Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity testing activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Support manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and business operations teams by ensuring application reliability and timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, changes, configurations, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations when required.

Job Summary
