Job summary

Shield AI in Melbourne, FL seeks a strategic Talent Acquisition leader to design and execute end-to-end hiring for world-class engineering teams. You will translate business priorities into a focused strategy, recruit top engineers across autonomous systems, and build a scalable in-house TA function.

You will partner with PX/TA CoEs and vendors, manage RPOs, drive a data-driven recruiting operation, and help Shield AI hire at pace while preserving security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience building and leading technical recruiting teams at scale in aerospace, defence, robotics or autonomous systems.
• Experience managing RPO providers and driving delivery, quality and experience.
• Strong communication, change management and operational enablement in Talent Acquisition transformations.

Responsibilities

• Translate evolving business priorities into a focused hiring strategy for engineering across APJ and global partners.
• Own a portfolio of senior engineering searches from mapping to close.
• Build scalable in-house TA capabilities and lead a high-performance team.
• Define partner models with vendors and align with business priorities.
• Track pipeline, outcomes and spend to drive hiring decisions.
