Job summary

You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering to translate needs into prioritized features that drive API adoption and secure, scalable solutions. The role requires strong Agile practices, stakeholder management, and a focus on developer experience, with a hybrid work model based in Austin, TX
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years in product leadership or related role.
- Experience managing technology platforms, digital products, or enterprise integration solutions.
- Experience with developer portals, API product initiatives, or customer-facing digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and own vision, roadmap, and backlog for SHI's API Platform (APIM, Developer Portal, API governance).
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineering to translate business needs into prioritized features and user stories.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, and release prioritization.
- Monitor KPIs related to API adoption, reliability, and developer experience; communicate progress to leadership.
