Job summary

This onsite role partners with Product Owners, stakeholders, and IT to design, implement, and govern API platforms across multiple business domains.

The Manager, Applications Development directs a diverse team of developers and analysts, ensuring delivery on time and within architectural standards while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, information technology, or related field; plus six (6) years of progressively responsible related technical experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise API platforms required.
• Experience managing teams that include offshore members.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior experience in an Agile environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads teams comprised of business analysts and software developers to deliver technology solutions.
• Leads implementation across multiple business domains within the enterprise API platform with adherence to standards.
• Owns and executes the technical roadmap for assigned software development team(s).
• Ensures engineering excellence through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑oriented delivery patterns.
• Establishes and enforces API lifecycle governance including versioning, documentation, and security controls.
• Drives adoption of domain‑driven design and event‑based integration patterns.
• Ensures production readiness through observability and incident response processes.
