You will partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver solutions within schedule and budget while promoting modern integration patterns and governance.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in CS / MIS or related field with at least 6 years of related experience.
• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise API platforms.
• Experience managing teams including offshore members; prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads teams of analysts and developers to deliver technology solutions for enterprise initiatives.
• Oversees API platform implementation across multiple domains, ensuring standards and security guidelines.
• Owns the technical roadmap for the software development teams and aligns with enterprise strategy.
• Enforces CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-oriented delivery patterns.
• Drives API lifecycle governance, versioning, documentation, and security controls.
• Promotes domain-driven design and event-based integration patterns for scalable services.
• Ensures production readiness with observability, incident response, and SLIs.
• Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture to align AE Connect with modernization plans.
• Manages staffing, capacity planning, and performance management within the team.
