Job summary

Novo Nordisk operates multiple manufacturing facilities in NC, including a state-of-the-art API facility in Clayton. The role focuses on operating API manufacturing equipment to meet production goals with strict adherence to GMP and cGMP standards.

You will review SOPs, manage training, and assist with qualification activities in a highly automated environment. We value safety, documentation accuracy, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree or higher in Tech/Science/Engineering preferred.
• BioWork or equivalent industrial training with experience preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing experience in FDA regulated environment preferred.
• Experience solving problems using data and facts.

Responsibilities

• Operate API manufacturing equipment to achieve production goals.
• Follow GMP and cGMP standards and review SOPs.
• Real time review of batch records and ensure SOP compliance.
• Maintain training plans and participate in qualification activities.
• Set up, monitor, and control automated processes and systems.
• Load and unload materials and execute the production schedule.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain clean room areas and environmental monitoring as required.
