Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking an API Manufacturing Operator in Clayton, NC. You will operate highly automated production equipment, follow GMP, review batch records, and support training and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher in tech/science/engineering preferred.
• BioWork or equivalent training with experience preferred.
• Minimum two years of manufacturing experience in FDA-regulated environment preferred.
• Experience following SOPs and safety guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate API manufacturing equipment to achieve production goals.
• Follow GMP documentation and ensure product quality.
• Review SOPs and other documents as required.
• Real time review of electronic batch records for compliance (cGMP).
• Manage individual training plan and participate in qualification activities.
• Set up, operate, monitor and control highly automated processes and systems.
• Load/unload product from trucks, tankers and ISO containers as required.
• Execute production schedule to achieve production goals.
• Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance; support preventative actions.
• Maintain clean rooms and perform environmental monitoring as required.
