Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead IPT site leadership and strategy to align priorities with company goals.
• Develop future-state operating model for Elkton API operations and ramp‑up activities.
• Drive operations excellence, safety, and quality with RFT performance focus.
• Oversee financial stewardship, budgeting, and cost improvement opportunities.
• Champion continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma practices across the IPT.
