Job summary

Oceaneering is seeking an API Inspector who reports to the Mechanical Integrity Engineer. You will review inspection data files for pipelines, process piping, pressure vessels and tanks to verify compliance with applicable design and inspection codes.

The role requires travel to client sites, manufacturing facilities and offshore locations to perform inspections, support project needs and deliver technical excellence. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of industry standards are essential.

Job description

The API Inspector position will report to the Mechanical Integrity Engineer and will review inspection data files of pipelines, process piping, pressure vessels and tanks for facilities ensuring the mechanical integrity of the equipment is in compliance with the applicable governing design & inspection codes.

This position requires travel to client sites, manufacturing facilities, and offshore locations to perform inspections, support project needs, and deliver exceptional technical expertise. Travel will be mostly domestic with potential for some international travel.
