Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Ohio required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Certification in apheresis nursing or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform apheresis procedures (therapeutic plasma exchange, stem cell collection, photopheresis).
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures; respond to changes and escalate as needed.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain apheresis equipment; adhere to infection control standards.
• Coordinate with care team; document assessments and outcomes in EMR.
• Establish and manage venous access; educate patients and families.
