Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, report changes promptly.
• Administer prescribed meds, monitor response and document care in the chart.
• Provide prompt, compassionate care and respond to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, meds, and follow‑ups.
