Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Apheresis RN to provide direct patient care across apheresis modalities in hospital and outpatient settings. The role requires administering treatments, monitoring patient responses, and documenting outcomes in ACES and hospital records. Travel between Northside facilities is expected.

Applicants should have 1 year of RN experience, knowledge of apheresis procedures, and strong organizational skills. BLS is required; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure is required.
• Must meet practice requirements in the state of employment.
• Certification in Apheresis Nursing is highly encouraged.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in multiple apheresis modalities.
• Perform scheduled, unscheduled and emergency apheresis treatments.
• Document treatment information in patient records and hospital systems.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and physicians to ensure quality care.
• Maintain equipment and supply inventory and ensure safety and infection control.
