Qualifikationen

• RN license is required per state
• Bachelor's Degree or RN Diploma required
• 1 year RN experience preferred for apheresis or related field
• Experience in critical care, hematology/oncology, or dialysis preferred
• Strong communication and empathetic patient care are essential

Aufgaben

• Performs scheduled and emergent Therapeutic Apheresis procedures per SOPs
• Performs Autologous and Allogeneic cellular therapy collections
• Documents all patient/donor activities in medical records
• Maintains compliance with FDA, HIPAA, AABB, ASFA, FACT standards
• Contributes to a positive patient/donor experience and supports team goals
• Provides on-call coverage as needed
