Qualifications

• Experience in budget analysis, financial reporting, or grants management.
• Knowledge of federal financial participation and APD structures is preferred.
• Ability to analyze spending by fund and phase and reconcile data.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and producing leadership reports.
• Capable of independent work and managing multiple reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report APD expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgets and federal requirements.
• Perform fund analysis and reconcile actual spend to budget.
• Track spending by project phase and report on phase budget status.
• Prepare, review, and process journal vouchers for APD and Expansion activities.
• Analyze Expansion rebate collections and report on net pharmacy cost trends.
