The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and 5+ years in mental health services, including 2+ years of supervisory experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mental health and/or IDD direct service.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to Site Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure implementation of individual service plans.
• Assist Program Director in maintaining operational and financial compliance.
