Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mental health and/or IDD direct service.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
Provide supervision and support to Site Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals.
Oversee daily operations and ensure implementation of individual service plans.
Assist Program Director in maintaining operational and financial compliance.
