Job summary

Merakey in Philadelphia, PA seeks a PAD Mobile Supervisor to oversee the Police Assisted Diversion program. This full-time role includes supervising staff across multiple shifts and locations, and coordinating with hospitals, shelters, and other services to ensure smooth handoffs.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field, at least one year of supervisory experience, and five years of behavioral health experience; knowledge of the behavioral health service system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff across multiple shifts and locations.
• Assist with warm handoff processes to ERs, shelters and related services.
• Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
