Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and manage monthly utility billing for apartment communities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Allocate and apply utility charges to tenant accounts based on property billing data.
• Review invoices and reports for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with property managers to confirm billing details and resolve questions.
• Respond to tenant inquiries regarding charges and explanations with professionalism.
