Job summary

Investors Management & Marketing (IMM) in Springfield, MO is seeking a Painter to handle apartment turnover painting and touch-ups, plus common area painting. The role requires completing paint tasks during unit turnover and assisting with Make Ready procedures.

The ideal candidate will maintain painting equipment, manage supplies, and communicate needs to the Property Manager. Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing drywall repairs as necessary, and upholding OSHA safety

• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apartment turnover painting and touch-ups during unit turnover.
• Performs full paint and touch-up tasks and assists with Make Ready procedures.
• Paint common area surfaces and complete assigned work orders.
• Repair drywall as needed and conduct inspections for touch-ups.
• Maintain painting equipment and inventory; report needs to the Property Manager.
• Follow OSHA standards and rely on company safety policies.
