Job summary

Dayrise Residential is seeking a Make Ready Technician for our Euless, TX community. You will prepare vacant and leased apartments to company standards, install tile, perform minor drywall repairs, and touch up paint.

You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure a smooth move-in experience for residents. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of property management experience, maintenance skills across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and is comfortable using power tools.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Property Management.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, drywall, and use of power tools.

Responsibilities

• Make ready vacant and leased apartments to company standards.
• Install tile and perform minor sheet rock and drywall repairs.
• Touch-up paint and patch/repair carpet as needed.
• Assist maintenance team and communicate progress to the Service Manager.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Move appliances and assist in moving furniture as required.
