Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is hiring full-time and part-time temporary staff in Lafayette, Louisiana, to assist during the apartment turnover period which lasts between 4-8 weeks. Duties include various maintenance tasks, apartment inspections, and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start.
• Eagerness to help in a variety of capacities.
• Good physical condition, able to perform extensive mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties assigned by the manager.
• Participate in apartment inspections and assist in documenting unit conditions.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness of grounds.
• Assist in general administrative tasks as needed.
