Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start.
• Willing and able to lift and move equipment and trash bags.
• Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned.
• Participate in apartment inspections and documentation.
• Help with light housekeeping duties.
• Keep grounds clean and free of debris.
• Provide general administrative assistance.
