The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in property maintenance and skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and complete repairs including plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and more.
• Conduct daily inspections of property grounds to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with apartment turns, including painting and general preparation for new residents.
