Burns Management seeks an experienced Apartment Service Technician to maintain our multi-family communities in Albany. You will handle maintenance work orders, upkeep of grounds and common areas, and assist with turnover tasks to prepare units for new residents.
This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, hourly pay of $21–$22, a $2,500 annual bonus, on-call rotation, health, dental & vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and company-provided gear and uniforms.

Apartment Service Technician
A Service Technician is needed at Burns Management. Responsible for all aspects related to apartment maintenance and service, as well as the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, and parking lots. Support the maintenance and cleanliness of building hallways and common areas, such as the laundry/trash rooms daily.
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hourly Payrate is $21.00 to $22.00 an hour, depending upon experience
Bonus opportunity of $2,500 annually
Supplemental on call and overtime pay guaranteed
