The Property Manager PM is responsible for maintaining maximum occupancy of the property control expenses and staying within the propertys operating budget rent collection delinquencycollections resident satisfactionretention maintenance issues and upkeep of the grounds and office areas and achieving all compliance related measuresguidelinesrequirements
College Degree or commensurate Affordable Housing Property Management experienceNCP NCP E C3P HCCP CAM or attainable within twelve 12 months of employment or upon request for completionCAM designation preferredValid Drivers License and reliable private transportationAbility to pass a background check and drug screen
Minimum of two 2 years experience in LIHTC Multi Family Property Management with demonstrated ability to deliver financial resultsStrong background in managing diverse types of multi family communities including LIHTC HUD and market rate projectsExperience in budgeting revenue enhancement and expense controlStrong track record of successful personnel managementStrong knowledge of LIHTC regulations and complianceExcellent organizational leadership and communication skillsProficiency in property management software Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
The Property Manager will regularly communicate with all necessary RealAmerica Management Company employees their supervisors outside vendors and other individuals as deemed necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position
