Full Time - 40 Hours Per Week $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

High School Diploma or equivalent
EPA Designation/Certificate
Valid driver’s license and reliable private transportation
Two years maintenance/repair of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and grounds maintenance in multi-family housing
Supervisory and training experience desired
Good oral and written communication skills
Math proficiency sufficient to assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring and other maintenance needs
Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and applicable program regulations
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Must furnish own reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license
Furnish own hand tools to perform normal maintenance repairs.
On call for emergency repairs/maintenance on designated weeks
General knowledge in all areas of apartment maintenance including but not limited to; plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.
Ability to operate all necessary tools/equipment to perform the essential function of the position
Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of OSHA standards and other environmental safety standards
Ability to perform a variety of duties in all types of weather
Furnish own hand tools to perform normal maintenance repairs.
Complete service requests within a timely manner.
Perform preventative maintenance as outlined by Property Manager and the Unit Inspection policy.
Assist Property Managers with inspections when necessary.
Assist management with any other duty that is requested.
Pick up any trash seen on properties daily
Sweep curbs as requested.
Assist with snow removal as needed.
Maintain property curb appeal to include lawn care, curbs, sidewalks, parking lots and open breezeways.
