Monarch Investment and Management Group in Williston, ND is seeking a Property Manager for Fair Hills Apartments. You will lead the on-site team, oversee daily operations, and drive occupancy while delivering outstanding resident service.

You will manage 3+ staff, monitor delinquency and renewals, and foster positive community relations. This role offers a competitive salary and bonus potential with comprehensive benefits.

• 2+ years’ experience in multifamily housing.
• Experience managing a team of 3+ employees.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• CRMIQ experience a plus.
• Good computer skills with various software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
