Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Property Manager for our 230-unit Pirates Landing community in Seabrook, TX. You will oversee daily operations, supervise onsite staff, and drive leasing results while maintaining high standards of resident service.

The role requires at least 3 years of apartment management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets and performance metrics. A valid driver’s license and relocation flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years apartment manager experience (on-site supervision)
• Stable work history
• Experience managing 200+ unit conventional communities
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management abilities
• Proven sales, marketing, and customer service skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Candidates must live within 20 miles or be willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a 230-unit conventional community

• Report key performance indices including financial and budget status, occupancy, and leasing metrics
• Manage rent collection, address delinquencies, and monitor operating expenses
• Investigate and help resolve resident concerns, disturbances, and policy violations
• Drive leasing performance through strong sales and marketing strategies
• Conduct routine property inspections including vacated units and community walk-throughs
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures and demonstrate strong organizational practices
• Uphold exceptional customer service and community standards

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

• Minimum 3 Years Previous Apartment Manager experience REQUIRED (including supervising onsite staff)
• Stable work history
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance‑management abilities
• Proven sales, marketing, and customer service skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience managing conventional communities of 200+ units
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
