Full-time | $19–$20 per hour

KRS Holdings, Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Porter / Groundskeeper to join our team at Soundview Townhomes in Newport News, VA. This is a full-time position that also includes light maintenance duties, offering a great opportunity to grow your skills in property management and facilities upkeep.

Pay:

$19.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Occasional weekend work may be required

Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds and common areas

Remove trash and debris from the property and around dumpsters

Perform basic landscaping tasks (sweeping, blowing, leaf removal, etc.)

Assist with light maintenance such as bulb changes, touch-up painting, and basic repairs

Report safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly

Support the maintenance team with unit turnovers and property upkeep as needed

Qualifications:
