Rate: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our cozy256-unit apartment community in Houston! Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. If you enjoy working outside and have an eye for detail, we would love to meet you! Apply now!

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Walking the property grounds and common areas
• Picking up trash and debris
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/orAssistant Community Manager.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Sat 10:00 am - 12:00 pm; weekends may be necessary based on property needs.
