Legacy Partners is seeking aMaintenance Painter to handle interior and exterior painting at assigned apartment communities in the Santa Ana area. You will rotate between two communities, touching up common areas and occupied units while respecting residents’ time and privacy.

The role demands adherence to safety practices and company standards, with opportunities to contribute to move-out projects and backlog clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting and drywall repair preferred.
• Ability to patch holes, cracks and texture surfaces for painting.

Responsibilities

• Paint vacant units and common areas to keep properties move-in ready.
• Patch holes and prep surfaces for finishing work.
• Maintain safety with ladders and equipment; follow lead-safe practices.
• Assist with move-outs, backlogs and special projects as needed.
