Advanced Facility Solutions has proudly served California for over 15 years and is expanding in Southern California. We seek a production painter to service multi-family apartment communities in Orange County and the greater Los Angeles area.
The role focuses on painting vacant units between residents, coordinating prep, and delivering clean, professional results to enable rapid turnover. Join a growing team with growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous professional painting experience in multi-family or apartment turnover.
- Experience painting interior apartment units.
- Ability to travel between Orange County and the greater Los Angeles area.
Responsibilities
- Paint vacant apartment units efficiently and consistently.
- Prepare units for painting, including masking, covering floors, and protecting fixtures.
- Patch nail holes, minor wall damage, cracks, and other imperfections.
- Perform drywall touch-ups and texture matching as needed.
- Caulk and prepares surfaces before painting.
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, closets and other interiors surfaces.
- Apply paint using rollers, brushes, and sprayers as appropriate.
- Follow an organized painting process to finish units quickly.
- Maintain quality within apartment turn schedules.
- Travel between Orange County and the greater Los Angeles area as needed.

Ourpainterswillprimarilyworkonvacantapartmentunitsbetweenresidents,preparingandpaintingunitssotheycanbeturnedoverquicklyandmadereadyforthenexttenant.

Paintvacantapartmentunitsaspartoftheunit-turnprocessformulti-familycommunitiesthroughoutOrangeCountyandthegreaterLosAngelesarea.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
- Paintvacantapartmentunitsefficientlyandconsistently
- Prepareunitsforpainting,includingmasking,coveringfloors,andprotectingfixturesandsurfaces
