Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules, monitors and performs painting work orders as needed.
• Paints interiors and exteriors of apartments per company guidelines.
• Keeps work areas neat and orderly after completion.
• Maintains stock of maintenance supplies and orders re-stocks as directed.
• Assists with vendor/contractor scheduling and bid collection as needed.
• Prepares and submits property invoices per guidelines.
