Job summary

GSO Maintenance, Inc. is seeking an experienced Interior Painter to service residential rental properties and homes prepared for new tenants or sale.

You will prepare surfaces, patch drywall, sand, caulk, prime, and apply paint with brushes, rollers, and sprayers, while protecting floors, fixtures, and furniture. The job requires independent work, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications
